Have a valid Udyam Registration Certificate (URC) and HUM
Hold NOC/CLU approval, if required for the location or activity

Purchase only new testing equipment (second-hand items are not eligible)
Ensure the testing equipment is not sold or disposed of for 5 years without official approval
Not be listed under the State Government’s restrictive industry list
