FCI Private Warehousing Scheme (PWS) – Haryana 

The Food Corporation of India (FCI), Haryana Region invites e-tenders for availing warehousing services under the Private Warehousing Scheme (PWS-2010). This tender offers a long-term opportunity for warehouse owners to lease scientifically constructed godowns with complete warehousing services at par with CWC/SWC standards.

This project ensures stable monthly rental income, government-backed security, and professional warehouse operations for foodgrain storage.

Warehouse Location & Capacity

• Minimum capacity per warehouse: 2,500 MT

• Preference for rail-connected warehouses

Scope of Work (What the Warehouse Must Provide)

Warehouses must offer complete warehousing services, including:

• Scientific storage of food grains

• Watch & ward (24×7 security)

• Insurance of stocks

• Fire-fighting systems

• Weighbridge facility

• CCTV with live feed

• Office space, toilets, water & electricity

• QC equipment & fumigation arrangements

• Computer systems & DoS (Depot Online System) support

All costs are inclusive in the quoted storage rate per quintal per month.

Financial & Commercial Details

• Rate Quotation:

  • ₹ / Quintal / Month (excluding GST)

  • Includes all warehousing services & maintenance

• Normalization Factor:

  • ₹0.065 per quintal per km (from railhead)

• Rate Revision:

  • 33% of WPI change applicable after 2 years

EMD & Security Deposit

• Earnest Money Deposit (EMD):

  • ₹20 per MT of offered capacity

• Security Deposit:

  • Equivalent to 2 months’ storage charges

• MSME Benefits:

  • EMD & tender fee exemption for eligible MSMEs

 Eligibility Criteria (In Short)

• Warehouse must be already constructed

• Clear ownership / valid long-term lease

• Minimum 2,500 MT capacity

• FSSAI license mandatory

• Compliance with labour laws, EPF, ESI

• PEG-expired godowns not eligible

3. PAN Card of bidder

4. GST Registration Certificate (if applicable)

5. Ownership Proof / Title Deed of warehouse

8. Property Tax Clearance Certificate (if applicable)

11. FSSAI License (or undertaking to obtain)

12. Undertaking for compliance with FCI terms & statutory laws

13. MSME/Udyam Certificate (only if claiming MSME benefits)

Terms & Conditions

1 Any other work shall be separately Charged.
2 Any work related expenses such as Tender Fee/EMD/Digital Signature(if applicable)/Stamp Papers/Mohar/Layout Map/PAN/Partnership Deed/Lease Deed/Power of attorney/Notarization/CA. Certification etc. shall be born by party itself.
3 Party need to ensure Complete Documentation as required for Tender Filling.
4 We at KIP, Shall not be liable for not submission of tender due to Non- Submission of Documents/Not Making EMD Payment/Technical Problem on Portal or any other external cause/causes which are not controlable.
5 Party need to ensure Payment Mode for EMD Money and timely deposit of it.
6 Party need to fix up Financial bid at their end.
7 Party need to keep updated himself for Portal Update after submission of Tender. We at KIP, shall not be liable to give update for any further communication for said tender.
8 If Client want to take any services after submission of tender then that will be separatly charged.
9 Our Professional fees are not refundable.
