Punjab State Cooperative Supply and Marketing Federation Limited (MARKFED) has invited Tender for Total Storage Capacity of 5,00,000 MT in Punjab.

Who Can Apply:

(Any Individual/Partnership Firm/Company) can apply for Tender.

E-Tenderer who owns Land / CAP premises are eligible for the Tender.
If you Hold Land / CAP premises under registered lease deed for a minimum period of 13 years.
Willing to acquire land by way of ownership /registered lease deed within 120 days from the date of acceptance of Tender.

Land Requirement:

For 5000 MT – 2 Acres is Required

For Additional 5000 MT – 1.7 Acres

Land may be either owned by Individual/Partner of Firm or on Registered Lease Deed for minimum period of 13 Years.

A Person who does not Owned or Registered Lease Deed for land but Intend to same by Ownership or Registered Lease Deed with in 120 days from the date of Acceptance Letter, can also apply in this tender by furnishing additional Bank Guarantee @ Rs. 100.00 Per MT.

EMD:

EMD need to be pay @ Rs. 50/- Per MT.

Capacity:

The minimum offered Godown Capacity should be 5000 MT.

Location:

Punjab State Cooperative Supply and Marketing Federation Limited (MARKFED) has invited Tender for the following Locations in PUNJAB:

The land should preferably be within a radius of 8 KMs from the Tender Location.
Land should be connected with National or State Highway with minimum width of 22 Ft.
The land on which the godown is proposed to be constructed should not have a HT Line (11 KVA and above) passing over the proposed layout plan of the godown.
Land should not be in flood or water logging prone area / zone.
Polluting industries, Brick kiln, Petrol Pump/Gas Depot should not be in the vicinity of land.
