1. Any additional work shall be charged separately.
2. Any expenses related to Tender Fee, EMD, Digital Signature Certificate (if applicable), Stamp Papers, Seal/Mohar, Layout Map, PAN, Partnership Deed, Lease Deed, Power of Attorney, Notarization, CA Certification, or any other statutory requirement shall be borne by the applicant/client.
3. The applicant shall ensure complete documentation as required for tender submission.
4. KIP shall not be held responsible for non-submission of the tender due to incomplete documentation, non-payment of EMD, technical issues on the portal, or any other external reasons beyond our control.
5. The applicant must ensure the availability of funds and timely payment of EMD and other applicable fees.
6. The financial bid/rate shall be finalized solely by the applicant.
7. The applicant is responsible for regularly checking the portal for updates, corrigenda, notices, and further communications after tender submission. KIP shall not be liable for providing such updates.
8. Any services required after tender submission shall be charged separately.
9. Replies to observations, clarifications, technical queries, or deficiency documents raised by the tender authority shall be charged separately, if the client wishes to avail such services.
10.Payment of professional fees shall be deemed as acceptance of all Terms & Conditions mentioned herein.
11.Professional fees paid to KIP are non-refundable under any circumstances.
