You must supply, transport, and unload biomass pellets from your manufacturing facility to the specified thermal power plants.

Gross Calorific Value (GCV): 3,800 kcal/kg (minimum acceptable is 2,800 kcal/kg)

Bidding Type: Two-bid system (Technical & Financial)
Pricing: Quote based on base rate per kcal
Price Lock-in: Fixed contract price (no escalations)
EMD: ₹2,96,000 (₹1 lakh via online transfer; remaining ₹1.96 lakh via bank guarantee or NEFT/RTGS)

Eligibility Criteria:

Must have a manufacturing plant in India
Can apply as Proprietorship, Partnership, Company, LLP, or Consortium
Minimum turnover: ₹3.94 Crores in at least 2 of the last 5 financial years
Positive net worth and no deficit in balance sheet
Past experience in biomass pellet supply is preferred
