Quantity & Allocation Minimum Quoted Quantity: 20 TPD Quotes should generally be submitted in multiples as specified in the tender. Allocation for traders and future manufacturers is capped at 30 TPD per vendor per station. Supplies are to be completed over 730 days from the date of the Letter of Award (LOA). Financial Requirements Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) EMD is linked to the quoted quantity. Starts from ₹20 Lakhs (for 20–39 TPD). Can go up to ₹20 Crores for very large quoted quantities. Contract Performance Guarantee (CPG) 5% of Total Contract Value Reduced to 2.5% for eligible MSE-SC/ST and MSE-Women vendors as per applicable provisions.
